  • Q. How do I track my order?
  • A. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information by the end of the business day. You can also contact our Customer Service team for the shipment information.

  • Q. Can I use the images on on my own retail website?
  • A. Yes, you are authorized to use the images and also the descriptions featured on to help promote the products you purchase from us for resell on your own website. Please do not link directly to our website image URL's, it is better to host the images on your own server. As we do maintenance on our site, our images may be changed or deleted. If you linked directly to them, they would appear broken on your site.

  • Q. If I already know what products I want to order is there a Quick/Bulk Order form?
  • A. Yes. To speed up the process of submitting orders on our site and you already know what you will like to purchase you can submit your order using our quick order form. You can find this option in "My Account" page. This will eliminate searching for each individual item on our site and having to add each one individually in your cart.

  • Q. Is it possible to reorder a previous order?
  • A. Yes. Reorder is a great feature that's accessible to registered users. This tool allows customers to view all of their past purchases from SexToyDistributing, so they can quickly reorder an item without having to search for it again on the website. Just view any previous order in your account. You can view your Order History located on the "My Account" page. You can select entire previous orders to add to your cart or click on individual items to view and reorder.

  • Q. My shopping cart is emptied before I can purchase, why?
  • A. Your shopping cart will be recycled after two hours of inactivity. If you need to build your order over time, use our wishlist feature. You can actually build as many lists as you want. When you are ready, you can sweep an entire list to your shopping cart, or just pick items from the list one at a time. It is a great feature that will allow you to build your order over time and then purchase it all at once. You can also save items you are just thinking about so you can find them easily in the future.
